Governing Terms: These Official terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Nectar Money $200 to $400 Cash Back offer (“Offer”).
Participant Eligibility: These Terms apply to applicants who apply for a new, qualifying Nectar Money loan using the promotional code NEW200 (“Code”) during the Offer Period (“Participant”).
Offer Period: The Offer is valid for a Participant whose new, qualifying Nectar Money loan is approved, executed, and funded between the commencement date and 11:59 pm NZT on 31 March 2026.
Qualifying Loan Amount ($200 Cash Back): A Participant will receive a single, one-off cash back payment of NZD$200 on a new, qualifying loan that is approved, executed, and funded within the Offer Period and has an initial principal amount greater than NZD$5,000 and up to (and including) NZD$10,000.
Qualifying Loan Amount ($400 Cash Back): A Participant will receive a single, one-off cash back payment of NZD$400 on a new, qualifying loan that is approved, executed, and funded within the Offer Period and has an initial principal amount greater than NZD$10,000.
Limit of One Offer: Each Participant is limited to receiving only one cash back amount under this Offer, regardless of the number of loans applied for or approved.
Exclusions: This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nectar Money offer, promotion, discount, or special terms, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Nectar Money.
Approval Criteria: All applications are subject to Nectar Money’s standard responsible lending checks, lending criteria, and internal approval processes, which may be amended from time to time. Loan approval is not guaranteed.
Cash Back Payment Terms: The cash back amount will be paid by Nectar Money to the Participant within [e.g., 20] business days following the date the loan is funded. The payment will be made by way of [e.g., direct credit] to the bank account specified in the loan application or as a reduction of the principal loan balance (Nectar Money’s choice).
Right to Amend, Suspend, or Terminate: Nectar Money (the “Promoter”) reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms or the Offer (including the Offer Period or the cash back amount) at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nectar Money and its associated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, or injury (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss), however caused, suffered or incurred by any Participant or any third party in connection with this Offer.
Privacy: Nectar Money observes its obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as set out in Nectar Money’s Privacy Policy, which is available https://nectar.co.nz/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
