These terms and conditions are the rules for the Nectar Money loan payment promotion (Rules).
The Rules apply to Nectar Money customers who received an email inviting participation in the promotion (Participant).
Every Participant who prepays a Nectar Money loan repayment due in December 2024 or January 2025 by Friday 31 December 2024 will enter the promotion.
A participant will receive an entry to the promotion for each loan repayment they prepay.
Nectar will select 10 Participants by random draw on 3 January 2025 who will receive a cash prize of $250.
Nectar can cancel or change the Rules at any time for any reason.
We won’t be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred by you or anyone else in connection with the promotion.
