Usually, no. In most cases there’s no upfront cost for our mortgage advice because we’re paid a commission by the lender if your loan settles. If you take out a loan with a non-bank or second-tier lenders, a broker fee may apply. If you repay or refinance early, a fee may also apply in some cases if the lender claws back our commission. We’ll let you know about upfront about any potential fees.

While banks usually ask for a 20% deposit for residential lending, and 40% for investment property, many banks do offer lower-deposit lending. Simply give us a call, and we can talk through what options might be available to you.
