These terms and conditions are the rules for ‘$400 Cash-Back offer (Rules).
The Rules apply to every applicant who applies for a loan directly with Nectar using the BlackFriday24 promo code, and for whom a loan is settled before 30 November 2024 (Participant).
Every participant will be sent $400 to their nominated bank account. Only one amount will be provided to each Participant. This offer is not available with any other special offer/discount provided by Nectar Money. Should you cancel your loan with Nectar Money during the first 10 days this amount will become repayable.
Nectar’s usual credit criteria apply, application process and responsibly lending process applies.
Nectar can cancel or change the Rules at any time for any reason.
We won’t be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred by you or anyone else in connection with the promotion.
